Opportunities and Threats: Get Stronger Together
Time:2020-09-23 From:
Protection against Covid-19 has already become part of everyday life in China, and in just one short month offices and factories have steadily started to return to work across all sectors of the economy. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, value-added industrial output in the Chinese printing industry grew 5.8% year-on-year in April—well above the national average for industrial sectors. So, although business as normal is still some way off in the printing industry, the figures indicate we will not be in the doldrums for too long.
Starting on 4 June, in order to promptly assess post-Covid growth prospects, understand the needs of businesses, and help develop innovative new services for All in Print China 2020, the exhibition organizers held a series of seminars in Beijing, Shanghai, Wenzhou and Dongguan to enable in-depth discussions about the printing industry. The meetings were attended by local industry associations and over 300 well-known printing companies, including Founder Electronics, Epson, Ricoh China, Fujifilm, Konica Minolta, Avery Dennison, Komori, Shanghai UPG, Hangzhou CRON, Suzhou Kingswood, Shanghai Tiancen, Zhejiang Jinbao and so forth.
At the seminars, the organizers updated attendees on current event preparations. All in Print China 2020 will be held as planned from 12-16 October 2020 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. By now, over 900 enterprises have applied to attend, and the booth layout plan has already been 90% completed.
In addition, all businesses attending the seminars shared details of their current growth status and anti-Covid precautions. Many expressed confidence in the industry, as well as their high expectation and support for All in Print China—the only printing exhibition taking place this year in China—and attendees also put forward various inspirational ideas for how All in Print China can continue to grow and innovate. All of these made for a highly productive seminar series, both for the businesses and for the exhibition itself!

>>Online Exhibition
Since the last exhibition, the organizers have created a new Online Exhibition on the official website, in which products from several thousand exhibitors are displayed on the site 24 hours a day. Visitors can browse exhibitors and exhibits to suit their own needs, and also use the site to book face-to-face meetings with exhibitors. For 2020, the organizers are continuing to fine-tune the online exhibition, so that international visitors who are prevented from attending by Covid-19 can continue to keep up with the latest developments, innovative products and technologies on show at All in Print China.
>> Live Streaming Onsite
Regrettably, some international visitors will be unable to attend this year’s event in person. To make up for this, All in Print China 2020 will feature a brand-new live streaming platform, which will enable overseas viewers to experience onsite atmosphere, watch shows and demonstrations, browse special products, and even communicate with exhibitors in real time.
